Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a return authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure the products remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
